The Fall Valley HOA is proposing to amend our main three governing documents. This will be done by mail-in ballots. The deadline to get your vote in is November 24, 2025.
The main reasons for these amendments are to comply with updated Colorado HOA regulations, remove outdated and obsolete provisions, clarify responsibilities, and reflect current community standards and practices.
In addition, we are also voting on a $200 Special Assessment to help fund critical and necessary maintenance projects within our community.
