The Fall Valley HOA is proposing to amend our main three governing documents. This will be done by mail-in ballots from June 20 - August 19, 2025. Before we sent this out for vote, we want our members' input. Please review the below proposed amendemnts, as well as our current documents. There are short explanations of the proposed changes in red. The main reasons for these amendments are to comply with updated Colorado HOA regulations, remove outdated and obsolete provisions, clarify responsibilities, and reflect current community standards and practices. We will be mailing all final draft to all homeowners, but not the review documents during May 15-16.

Here Is Our Schedule:
May 15 - June 15: Owners review and provide feedback on proposed amendments
June 16 at 6pm: Meeting at Central Library to present final draft of amendments. Questions and discussion with members.
June 20: Mailing all amendments, ballots, and self-addressed envelope to all homeowners for vote.
June 20 - August 19: Voting period to achieve required approval from members.
